What people usually ask before giving.

What does each package include?

In all three: a save the date, digital invitation, wedding website with a personalised link, RSVP with menus, allergies and plus-ones, guest dashboard, map, an illustration of their venue and original music. Essential: a catalogue design with the couple’s details, a website in 3 languages and 1 round of design revisions. Complete: that design, fully redesigned in their style, a website in 4 languages, a wedding planner, an interactive save the date, an illustrated animated cover and 2 rounds of revisions. Premium: an exclusive design created from scratch, a website in every language they need, 8 pieces of on-the-day digital stationery, 3 rounds of revisions and a private 30-minute video call with the designer. In all three, the first complete version arrives in 7–10 working days once we have all the information and materials, and the website stays live for 12 months after the wedding.

Does the card include a video call?

Only if you give the Premium package: it includes a private 30-minute video call with the designer, scheduled once the couple confirms their booking. Essential and Complete are handled in writing, by email and through the booking form. Additional video calls are a paid service, price on request.

What can the card cover?

A complete package (Essential, Complete or Premium) or a contribution towards anything the couple would like from our studio: their wedding website, save the date, invitation or stationery.

Can a contribution pay for part of a package?

Yes, that’s the idea: the contribution is deducted from the package or service the couple books, and they pay any difference. If several of you give cards to the same couple, we’ll confirm how to combine them with your request.

What if the couple already has a date or has already booked with you?

The card works just the same. If they’re already our clients, mention it in your message and we’ll confirm how to apply it to their order.

How much does a gifted package cost?

Our prices on the day you buy it, taxes included: the launch price while places remain for the first 20 couples, and until 31 January 2027 at the latest; after that, the standard price. A package card entitles the couple to that package even if its price changes before they redeem it.

How long is it valid?

For 24 months from purchase, unless the card states a longer period.

Can it be refunded, used in instalments or passed on to another couple?

You can withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days, without giving a reason, as long as the card hasn’t been redeemed: we refund the full amount. If the card is worth more than what the couple books, the balance can go towards other studio services while it’s still valid. It’s for the couple you name and can’t be exchanged for cash.

Do I pay on the website?

Yes, if you like: at the end of the form you pay right here, securely with Stripe, seeing the exact amount with taxes included, and receive the receipt by email. If you prefer, send the request and we’ll write to you about how to pay. Either way, the code is issued once payment is complete.

Does the amount appear on the card?

Only if you want it to. With a contribution you can show the amount or just your message; with a package, its name appears, never the price.

How does the couple receive it?

The card is digital. We send it to you so you can give it to them, or we email it to them ourselves on the date you prefer; we confirm the delivery when we reply.
