How the AMPERSAND10 welcome code works: what it takes off, who can use it and on what terms.
This is a translation provided for your convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails, without prejudice to the mandatory rights you have as a consumer.

The promotion is organised by Francesco Junior De Liso, owner of AMPERSAND (Tax ID (NIF): Y5817122E; Calle Domingo J. Navarro, n.º 1, Planta 2, Oficina 5, 35002 Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (Las Palmas), Spain; hello@ampersandweb.com). Taking part is free and no purchase is necessary.
How to get the code
- You subscribe with your email using one of the forms on the website, ticking the consent box (which is never pre-ticked).
- Straight away, we show you the code AMPERSAND10 on the website and email it to you, together with the discount percentage.
It is a shared code, the same for everyone who subscribes, which we publish on the website and in our emails: it is not a personal code, and you do not need to be subscribed to use it. You must be of legal age to take part.
What it applies to
- The code gives a 10% discount on the current price of the Essential, Complete and Premium packages at the time of payment, including the launch price.
- The discount applies only to the package price: not to supplements (such as express delivery), additional services or the purchase of gift cards, which are excluded.
- The discounted amount is rounded to the nearest cent and shown in the order summary before you pay.
Validity and one use per couple
- The code has no expiry date, unless we publish an end date on this page, on the website or in our emails; in that case it is valid until 23:59 (Madrid time) on that date.
- It can be used once per couple: one use per email address used to pay for the order. If that email address has already used it in a completed payment, the code will not be applied again.
- It cannot be combined with other promotional codes or discounts, nor exchanged for cash.
- Unsubscribing from the emails does not stop you from using the code while the promotion is running.
How to redeem it
Enter the code in the order summary before paying (capitals, lower case or spaces make no difference; if you arrive from one of our emails, it is filled in automatically). We check that it is valid for the email address on the order and show you the discounted price before you pay. While the payment is in progress, the use is reserved for that email address; if the payment is not completed, you can use it again.
If you book in writing with the studio, give us the code in your booking request and we will apply it in our proposal, provided the promotion is still running at the time of payment.
Withdrawal, cancellations and refunds
If you withdraw from or cancel the contract, the refund is calculated on the amount actually paid (with the discount already applied), in accordance with the terms and conditions. A code already used in a completed payment is not reinstated for that email address; if the payment was never completed, you can use it again while the promotion is running.
Misuse
We may refuse to apply the code when someone tries to use it more than once for the same couple (for example, with different email addresses for the same order or wedding), with false information or in an automated way.
Personal data
To manage the subscription, we process your email and the other data explained in the privacy policy. When you use the code in a payment, we keep the payment email address, the order reference and the amount before and after the discount, to apply the one-use-per-couple rule and for invoicing. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
Changes to and end of the promotion
We may change or end the promotion at any time for the future, publishing the end date with reasonable notice. Payments already completed are not affected, and a discount already shown in the order summary is honoured if the payment is completed. These terms correspond to version 2026-10d.
