What cookies are

Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser to remember information from one page to the next or between visits. There are similar technologies, such as the browser’s local storage (localStorage) and session storage (sessionStorage), or pixels. This policy covers all of them, as required by Article 22(2) of Spanish Act 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), and follows the Guide on the use of cookies (in Spanish) published by the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

What we use, in brief

  • Necessary: they make what you ask for work (remembering your cookie preferences, keeping your client area session, applying your discount code, processing a payment securely, the favourites or preferences in the demos). They do not require consent.
  • Analytics: Google Analytics 4, only if you accept it, to measure visits in aggregate.
  • Marketing and advertising: the Google Ads tag and the Meta pixel (the latter only while the studio has it switched on), only if you accept them.

Fonts are served from our own server, and the website does not load third-party content while you browse; the only exceptions are Stripe’s payment form, which only loads when you open the payment, the Google tag, only if you accept analytics or marketing cookies, and the Meta pixel, only if you accept marketing cookies.

Categories and legal basis

Necessary
Technical and preference cookies essential to provide the service you expressly request or to remember your choices (including the choice to reject cookies). They are exempt from consent under Article 22(2) of the LSSI-CE. You can block them in your browser, but some parts of the website (such as payment or the client area) will then stop working.
Analytics
They measure how the website is used, in aggregate (Google Analytics 4). They are only used with your prior consent, which you can withdraw whenever you like.
Marketing and advertising
These allow us to measure the effectiveness of our ads and show advertising related to your visit. They are only used with your prior consent, which you can withdraw whenever you like.

Detailed list

This is the complete list of cookies and storage keys the website may use, with their provider, purpose and duration. Those marked as Stripe’s only appear when you open the payment; Google’s, only if you accept analytics (Google Analytics) or marketing (Google Ads); Meta’s, only if you accept marketing and the pixel is active.

Some third-party cookies live on their provider’s domain (stripe.com, facebook.com, google.com, doubleclick.net) and are managed by that provider under its own policy. The durations of third-party cookies are those they state and may change.

The Meta pixel

If you accept marketing cookies, the website loads the Meta pixel (Facebook and Instagram) and tells it which pages you visit and certain events: viewing a design, subscribing, starting a payment and completing a purchase (with its amount). Meta uses this information to measure our ads and, under its own policy, to show advertising. Everything about this data, joint controllership with Meta and transfers is in the privacy policy.

If you withdraw your consent, the website stops sending events, deletes Meta’s cookies from our domain (_fbp and _fbc) and reloads if the pixel had been loaded. The cookie Meta stores on its own domain (facebook.com) can only be deleted from your browser or from Meta’s ad preferences.

Google Analytics and Google Ads

If you accept analytics cookies, the website loads the Google tag (gtag.js) with Google Analytics 4, which counts visits and certain events (viewing a design, subscribing, starting a payment and completing a purchase, with its amount) to give us aggregate statistics, with Google signals and ad personalisation switched off. If you accept marketing cookies, the same tag measures for Google Ads which ads lead to a sign-up or a booking. Nothing is requested from Google before you decide. The data, Google’s role, retention (14 months) and transfers are explained in the privacy policy.

If you withdraw your consent, the website tells the Google tag, deletes Google’s cookies from our domain (_ga, _ga_…, _gcl_au, _gcl_aw…) and reloads if the tag had been loaded. Cookies Google stores on its own domains can only be deleted from your browser or from Google’s My Ad Center; you can also install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

In our emails

If you subscribe, the emails we send you through Brevo may contain a pixel that records whether they are opened and links that record clicks. These are not cookies on this website, but we mention them here too: it is all explained in the privacy policy, together with how to prevent it and how to unsubscribe.

How to accept, reject or change your mind

The first time you visit, we show you a notice with three options of equal prominence: accept all, reject optional (only necessary cookies are kept) or customise by category. Until you decide, only necessary cookies are used. We store your choice for 12 months or until this policy changes; after that, we ask you again.

You can change your mind or withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it, with this button:

Changes to this policy

We update this policy and the list whenever what the website stores in your browser changes. If the change affects what you consented to, the version changes and we ask you again.
