    How we collect and verify reviews

    We only publish reviews that couples leave through this form. We don’t buy them, offer anything in return, translate them or edit them.

    When the email matches a paid order, the review goes live straight away with the “Verified” mark. If it doesn’t, we read it first and, if we publish it, it appears without that mark.

    We only remove reviews containing insults, personal details or nothing to do with Ampersand. The average rating is based on every published review and is shown once there are at least three.
